  • Open-source libraries may be used, but the core system logic must be built by participants.

  • AI tools may assist development, but submissions must demonstrate clear understanding of the code.

  • Plagiarism or copying existing projects will result in disqualification.

Developers, students, and programming enthusiasts from anywhere in the world are welcome.

Both individual and team submissions are allowed.
